Designed specifically for worship leaders, THRIVE retreats offer intentional moments to reconnect with God, build relationships with others on similar faith journeys, and grow both spiritually and personally. Though each retreat has its own unique setting and experience, both share the same heart: helping worship leaders leave refreshed, encouraged, and deeply connected. Our goal is to help you do more than survive in worship ministry, we want you to THRIVE.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Our retreats are focused on community with one another. We have sessions about how to lead when you aren’t in charge, how to better minister and pastor your team members, and how to stay sexually pure. We pray over each other and share during hard seasons in ministry. .

  • Yes! We have afternoon breakouts that focus on a range of subjects: from songwriting to arranging, to best vocal mix practices, to just resting and having meaningful conversations.

  • We range from 15-20 men during the retreats. We intentionally keep it smaller so we can keep the setting more intimate.

  • Currently, these retreats are for men only, but we are hopefully going to expand to women’s retreats in the future. Stay tuned!
