In that weekly stress, It’s easy to become overwhelmed and feel alone in ministry. We’ve ALL been there. That’s why the THRIVE RETREAT exists. We want to encourage you to find your sense of calling again and help you find rest that can only come from Jesus. Our retreats are focused on community with one another. We have sessions about how to lead when you aren’t in charge, how to better minister and pastor your team members, and how to stay sexually pure. We pray over each other and share during hard seasons in ministry. .

Yes! We have afternoon breakouts that focus on a range of subjects: from songwriting to arranging, to best vocal mix practices, to just resting and having meaningful conversations.

We range from 15-20 men during the retreats. We intentionally keep it smaller so we can keep the setting more intimate.

Currently, these retreats are for men only, but we are hopefully going to expand to women’s retreats in the future. Stay tuned!
