Restoration Collective Music (RCM) is a community of worship leaders and songwriters committed to creating original worship songs for the local church. We believe creativity is a divine calling, grounded in the truth that God first revealed Himself as Creator—and continues to invite us into that sacred act of creation.

Our mission is to enrich the worship experience by equipping and encouraging musical creatives to work together and offer fresh expressions of praise for the Church. We steward the platform God has given us with a clear purpose: to point people to Jesus through music and worship.

RCM is made up of passionate worship leaders, songwriters, vocalists, and musicians who are Kingdom-minded and driven to write songs that will serve and inspire the Church for generations to come.

In addition to creating new worship music for the Church, RCM hosts worship leader retreats designed to foster community, rest, and spiritual growth. THRIVE Tennessee and THRIVE Texas are tailored experiences for worship leaders to connect with others on similar faith journeys. THRIVE Tennessee is held each February in the Nashville area, while THRIVE Texas takes place in April in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
