RCM hosts THRIVE Worship Leader Retreats to create space for rest, renewal, and meaningful community. Designed specifically for worship leaders, these retreats offer intentional moments to reconnect with God, build relationships with others on similar faith journeys, and grow both spiritually and personally. Though each retreat has its own unique setting and experience, both share the same heart: helping worship leaders leave refreshed, encouraged, and deeply connected.
